There are French fries and there are 11er French fries and you can taste the difference. With the best cultivation areas, continuous care of plants and working relationships with our contract growers of many years standing we are able to produce a small range of high-quality French fries to the highest possible standards using golden-fleshed Agria potatoes.
Recommendation: Prepare the frozen product golden yellow according to the preparation instructions. Please do not brown the product too much. For smaller quantities reduce preparation time accordingly.
Do not refreeze after thawing!

Preparation
Fan-assisted oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the frozen french fries evenly on a baking tray and bake for approx. 20-25 minutes until golden yellow.
Air fryer
Preheat the hot air fryer to 200°C. Fry the frozen french fries for approx. 12-16 minutes depending on the filling and the performance of the machine. Shake the frying basket occasionally.
Oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the the fozen french fries evenly on a baking tray and bake for approx 25-30 minutes until golden yellow. Turn over halfway through. Our Tip: We recommend the use of baking paper!
