KSG: Quality and long-term partnership

The potato is our most important raw material - delicious, healthy and incredibly versatile. It is rich in carbohydrates, protein and iron. The tuber is also full of vitamins B1, B2 and C. As a potato specialist, we have been bringing the finest Austrian flavours to the retail and catering trade for decades using traditional homemade recipes and regional ingredients.
The top quality of our potatoes is our top priority. That's why we rely on long-standing partnerships with selected contract farmers in Austria and southern Germany and Kartoffel-Service GmbH (KSG) to grow the golden-yellow tuber, supplying us exclusively with yellow-fleshed quality potatoes. This enables us to guarantee the high quality of our exceptional 11er potato specialities.
