Fixed and customised working time models
In production, we work with multi-shift working time models (morning, afternoon and night shifts). In administration and field service, we offer customised options such as flexitime, part-time or home office, depending on the function. The well-being of our employees plays a key role in the design of our work and duty schedules.

Health is a prerequisite for happiness. Our company doctor looks after the health concerns of our employees. He is available to answer questions of all kinds. We provide everyone with a well-filled basket of fresh fruit every day as a vitamin supplement.

A balanced and warm meal a day for every employee is important and close to our hearts. That's why different, delicious lunch menus are delivered twice a week by "Mama bringt's". 11er covers part of the cost of the "Mama bringt's" menus. In this way, we invest together in healthy nutrition.
