Preparation
Fan-assisted oven
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the frozen rosti potatoes (approx. 500g) evenly on a baking tray and bake for approx. 13-15 minutes until golden yellow.
Oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake for approx. 15-17 minutes until golden yellow. We recommend the use of baking paper! Turn over halfway through. Our Tip: We recommend the use of baking paper!
Pan
Fry the frozen rosti potatoes (without adding fat) at medium heat for approx. 8-10 minutes until golden yellow.
Microwave
Heat 1 portion (approx. 200g) of the frozen rosti potatoes on a plate or in a soup bowl at 850 watt for approx. 3-4 minutes.
Air fryer
Preheat the hot air fryer to 200°C. Spread the deep frozen rosti potatoes (approx. 500g) in the basket and bake for approx. 8-13 minutes until golden yellow. Shake the basket several times.
