Ingredients

potato 78%, vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed) in varying proportions, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast, spices), whole milk powder, spices, wheat flour, salt, butter, potato starch, dextrose, egg white powder (from barn eggs), powdered whole egg (from barn eggs), flavour

Preparation

Deep fryer

Place the frozen croquettes in pre-heated frying fat/oil (175 °C) and fry for approx. 3 - 4 minutes until golden yellow. oly half fill the frying basket, do not overfill it). Tip: remove excess fat with kitchen paper.

Combisteamer

Preheat the combi-steamer to 180 °C. Bake the frozen croquettes for approx. 11 - 13 minutes until golden yellow. Turn over half way through. Do not refreeze after thawing! Heat thoroughly before consumption!
