Which product categories does 11er offer?
We develop and produce a wide range of frozen potato specialities - especially rösti, puree and snack products. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, almost all shapes, fillings and recipes are possible - from savoury to sweet, from classic to innovative.
What are the minimum quantities?
We produce from a quantity of 50 tonnes. However, individual agreements can be made depending on the product category and packaging unit.
How flexible is 11er in terms of recipe and pre-baking degree?
We develop products individually according to customer specifications. Our development department works closely with your R&D teams to find the best solutions in terms of taste and technology.
Can halal-compliant products be manufactured?
Yes, on request we develop products according to appropriate standards.
What certifications does 11er have?
We produce in Austria according to the highest quality standards (IFS, BRC, ISO ...).
Does 11er also deliver internationally / overseas?
Yes, we export worldwide and have experience with overseas deliveries.
Can I contribute my own recipes or ideas?
Yes, we develop on the basis of your ideas or together in a co-creation process.
